「腸旺麺」という貴陽人の朝御飯の一つ。「腸」は豚の腸で、「旺」は豚の血。昔の人々が貧しくて、豚のもつを捨てることを惜しんで、麺類と一緒に煮て食べたが、今でもその食べ方が残されてきました。
