Saga Prefecture welcomed its new JETs this weekend at the annual Karatsu Beach Party. Our fearless Tomatsu District Representatives, Siebren Bangma and Jess Wong, organized a fantastic day of hot dogs, hamburgers, and beach shenanigans. Activities included water balloon fights, swimming, beach yoga, meditation, ninja, and more.

A group of locals joined us for a few games of ninja. Cultural exchange ensued.

Yoga and meditation brought an air of relaxation to the peaceful shores of Karatsu.
