66th Annual Kyushu Fireworks Festival
  • Details: One of the biggest and most impressive fireworks shows around!
  • When: July 15, 20:00 to 21:00
  • Where: Nishi-no-hama Beach, Karatsu
European Jazz Trio at Sotogoshoin
  • Details: Application for tickets open from June 1 to 30. If more tickets are requested than available, they will be given out by lottery. Successful ticket recipients will get a postcard in the mail. You can pay and exchange this postcard for tickets at the door. Maximum 4 tickets per applicant.
  • When: July 25, doors open at 18:30, performance from 19:00
  • Where: Sotogoshoin (the large tatami room), Saga Castle History Museum, Saga City

Music on the Waterside

  • Cost: Free! There are 30 seats reserved for high school students only, but anyone may stand and watch.
