9月の第一回のセミナーのトピックスはサーでした。ラーリーは16世紀に住んでいた冒険者であって、アメリカの初めてのイギリス人村を作ろうとしたほか、タバコをイギリス中に紹介したり、南米に黄金を探しに行ったり、とても面白い人物でありました。

This week’s seminar topic was Sir Walter Raleigh, the 16^th Century British adventurer. He was an interested figure, attempting to start the first British settlement in America, popularizing tobacco in England, and searching for gold in South America, among other adventures.

This month I’ll have a second seminar, so I’ll see you on the 29^th!
