Hannahです。 今週の火・木、私のアメリカ料理教室を行いました。ご参加した方、そして努力してくれた佐賀県交流協会とプラザの皆さん、どうもありがとうございました! 日本人のアメリカ料理のイメージがハンバーガーとか、｢肉｣中心だと思います。でもアメリカは本当に国際的な国で、わが料理も世界中からの移民の食文化に強く影響されてきました。 一見でそう見えないかもしれないが、実は今回のメニューは全部アメリカオリジナルでした! “Tex-Mex Cuisine”の一つ、チリカンコンはアメリカの南部に移住したメキシコ人コミュニティーが発明して、コーンブレッドはもともとインディアンの料理で、ブラウニーはあるシカゴのホテルではじめて作られました! レシピもアップしますね♪ 私の次のランチタイムセミナーは4月下旬に開催されます。お楽しみに!
